Vanessa Anne Hudgens

At the peak of her career, Vanessa Hudgens was the envy of virtually every teenage girl across the world. The singer and actress starred in “High School Musical” (2006) and “High School Musical 2” (2007) alongside heartthrob and Tiger Beat poster boy Zac Efron. “HSM” instantly became the little movie that could, with Hudgens and Efron leading the way for a new generation of “kid-friendly” Disney superstars, from Miley Cyrus to Corbin Bleu. They were young celebrities who resided on the opposite end of the Hollywood spectrum, the antithesis of serial party animals like Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton.
Vanessa Anne Hudgens, who was born on Dec. 14, 1988 in Salinas, CA, lived all over the West Coast – from Oregon to Southern California with her parents and younger sister Stella. Hudgens came from a very ethnically diverse background, with her father Greg being of Irish and Native American descent, while her mother Gina was a mix of Filipino, Chinese and Spanish. When she was eight, Hudgens started performing in local theater productions of “Carousel,” “The Wizard of Oz” and “Cinderella.” After a successful commercial audition, the young actress moved to Los Angeles with her family to pursue a full time acting career. She made her feature film debut with a small role in “Thirteen” (2003) – the brutal look at modern-day teenage lives starring Holly Hunter and Evan Rachel Wood – which was enough to get the ambitious teen’s foot in the door.

Hudgens’ next big screen project was much lighter and family friendly than her previous project. Co-starring with Bill Paxton in “Thunderbirds” (2004), a live-action adventure flick based on the popular 1960’s TV series, the film did little to raise her profile since it did little business. She also continued to land minor appearances in sitcoms like “Quintuplets” (FOX, 2004-05) and “Still Standing” (CBS, 2006), before appearing in a couple of episodes during the second season of “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” (Disney Channel, 2005– ). What happened next was a life changing moment for Hudgens.

In 2005, Disney Channel executives set out to revive the movie musical genre, with the plan of using young stars who grew up watching stage classics such as “Peter Pan” and “Les Miserables.” An audition for a yet untitled project that was to be directed by Kenny Ortega – previously best known as the choreographer of 1987’s “Dirty Dancing” – called for fresh new faces that Disney Channel fans could relate to. Hudgens won the coveted role of Gabriella Montez, a newly transferred student and academic decathlete who finds herself drawn to East High’s star athlete and resident hunk Troy Bolton (Efron). Together, they try out for the school musical and break free from the cliques they once belonged to.

To say the TV movie was an overnight smash, was an understatement. “HSM” became the Mouse channel’s most successful movie, with 7.7 million viewers in its premiere broadcast in the U.S. The movie’s soundtrack also went beyond expectations, becoming the best selling album of 2006, thanks to songs like “Breaking Free” and “When There Was Me and You” – on both of which Hudgens sang lead vocals.

September 2006 also marked another milestone for the tween set’s latest “It” girl. She signed with Hollywood Records and released her debut album V. The album reached gold, while the infectious first single “Come Back to Me” became a radio and MTV staple. Another single, a ballad titled “Say OK” reunited Hudgens and Efron in the music video, fueling rumors among fans that the two were more than just co-stars. With her first album a success, Hudgens announced in 2007 that she was going to record her second album.

The massive success of “HSM” also inspired a hugely-successful U.S. and Latin American tour, starring Hudgens and her co-stars Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel and Monique Coleman. Efron was the only original cast member who did not go on the road because he was in Toronto filming the movie musical “Hairspray” (2007), leaving singer and songwriter Drew Seeley (who also sang Troy’s parts in “HSM”) to fill in for him.

Hudgens and Efron not only sang and danced during the making of “High School Musical,” they also reportedly fell in love. The pair secretly dated for a few months, unofficially revealing their relationship in the pages of tabloid magazines during a Hawaii vacation in the summer of 2007. They were snapped on the beach kissing and instantly became young Hollywood’s newest sweethearts, following in the footsteps of Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder in the eighties, and Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears in the nineties. Teenage fans of Hudgens and Efron even nicknamed the pair “Zanessa” – a combination of their first names.

The media coverage of the young lovebirds only helped bring more attention to “High School Musical 2.” Premiering in August 2007 on the Disney Channel, the creators dubbed it the most anticipated sequel of all time. Hudgens joined her co-stars and boyfriend Efron at a world premiere event at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA a few days before. Not surprisingly, a third “High School Musical” was announced – in fact, a feature film this time – but none of the stars had committed to return at the time of the sequel’s premiere date.

Come August 2007, “High School Musical 2” broke TV records as expected. A total 17.2 million viewers made it the highest rated basic cable broadcast of all time. The road to a third “HSM” movie hit a major bump however, when The National Enquirer reported they were going to print controversial nude photos of Hudgens. Many speculated it was a hoax, until a full frontal nude photo of the star surfaced on the Web on Sept. 6. It was confirmed later that day on TMZ.com by Hudgens' representatives, with a statement that claimed the photos were taken privately and it was unfortunate they had been leaked to the public.

Sony VAIO model C1 subnotebook

Sony VAIO model C1 sunnotebook

A subnotebook is a small and lightweight portable computer, with most of the features of a standard notebook computer but smaller. The term is often applied to systems that run full versions of desktop operating systems such as Windows or Linux, rather than specialized software such as Windows CE, Palm OS or Maemo.

Subnotebooks are smaller than notebook computers but larger than handheld computers and ultraportables. They often have screens that are 10.4″ (diagonal) or less, and weigh less than 1 kg; as opposed to full-size laptops with 12″ or 15″ screens and weighing 2 kg or more. The savings in size and weight are usually achieved partly by omitting ports or having removable media/optical drives; subnotebooks are often paired with docking stations to compensate.

Subnotebooks are a niche IT product and rarely sell in large numbers.

How to Post on Forums Effectively!

There are a lot of great ways to drive traffic to your website and many of those tactics are absolutely free. In my experience, two of these strategies stick out from the rest. Between these two approaches, virtually any webmaster can build massive traffic to their website over a period of time. They are (1) posting on forums and (2) article marketing.

Posting on forums is the most immediate way to get traffic to your website. You can literally sign up for an account and put some posts on various threads and you could have traffic coming to your website an hour later. This article will look at a variety of details you should keep in mind when posting on forums. As always, there’s a smart way to do this and a less smart way. Our goal is to use the smart way.

The first step is to identify the forums you want to contribute to and I recommend doing a few Google searches with your primary keywords and the word forum. This will quickly identify the large forums in your area of expertise. And if the forum is coming up high on a Google search, it’s probably getting a ton of traffic and that’s exactly where you want to be. Be creative and use a variety of different keywords to ensure you find all the big forums you can contribute to.

Once you’ve created an account on a forum you’re interested in, be sure to spend a little time every single day contributing to the various threads. Posting a contribution to a thread can take as little as a minute or two so you should easily be able to post 6 or 7 in about 15 minutes. Now, don’t post anything unless you have real value to contribute. But assuming you have something valuable to say, you could build up hundreds of posts on a particular forum within a few months. And each of those posts is another way for someone to find your website.

The number of posts you’ve contributed to the forum is usually posted right beside your contributions and a large number of posts adds credibility to your future contributions. First, try to get over 50. Then 100. Then 500. And then 1000. As you accumulate more posts, the other people spending time on that forum will give you more respect. They’ll know you’re a regular contributor and an established member of the community.

When you’ve established some trust with the other forum contributors, start your own threads. This is a great solution to the fact that your contributions to other threads can quickly get lost in the mounting replies. If your post is number 17 of 32 total replies, most people will miss your brilliance as they scroll down to the bottom. Instead, you can start your own thread so your message is always sitting right there at the top. It virtually guarantees that anyone reading the thread will notice your piece of it.

It’s also worth noting that threads get pushed down the list as other people respond to other threads. Every time someone contributes to a thread, it puts that particular thread back at the very top, and that’s where all the traffic is. So if no one has contributed to your thread in a while, that might be a good time to log on and post another comment to your own thread, pushing it back to the top of the pile.

These are all little games you can play, always looking for ways to stay in front of as many people as you can. Visit Tactical Execution for a lot more information on precisely these tactics; simple things you can do to augment your exposure on the internet. Please take advantage of the resources available there.

How Do I Get My Ex to Fall Back in Love With Me!

A couple, as man and woman, will share feelings and each other constantly during a relationship. Often times a man can become self centered, distant and uninterested in what you do or how you are. The man who is distant can make a woman feel uneasy about herself, un-needed, unwanted and often times self conscience as you second guess what you are doing all the time.

1) When Your Man Shuts Down

So why is your man shutting down emotionally and pushing you further from the relationship than you are comfortable with? You will notice the difference right away, as he doesn't hold your hand, as he isn't calling you often, and even moments where he is not looking at you but past you while you are out on the town. Slowly, for almost no reasons, your man leaves you and becomes your Ex.

The man needs to feel as if he is the center of attention. This doesn't mean you have to become his love slave, or be at his beck and call, but you have to learn to make the man feel as if he is the center of your universe using your actions and reactions to the relationship.

The main reason men shut women out and become distant could be due to the fear they experience to be committed in a relationship.

Yes, the reason may surprise you but it is a well known fact that men who are afraid of becoming too dependent, too needy will push a woman back and put some distance between the two of you. A man can feel as if he loves you, but at the same time, is afraid of the commitment, afraid of becoming needed and wanted, where you will expect more of the relationship. The man who is afraid of a relationship is going to put some amount of emotional distance in the relationship, and this will be the distance you feel.

Another reason men put distance in the relationship is because they feel overwhelmed by need. What many women are surprised about, and no man is going to admit, is they will become distant in a relationship because they feel too needed, and you or the family is too demanding.

A man must feel a little freedom in his life, where he feels important and able to be himself with out always doing something for you or because of you. While it is hard to change, you can cut the distance in your relationship by helping your man feel a little more freedom and at ease in his life.

The cure is easy for the distance in a relationship such as this; allow his to enjoy his life. As a man enjoys his life, he will find he also needs you there to share in his joys, and accomplishments. The added freedom could be that he loves watching football, or loves being at the baseball field, or that he loves coaching youth teams.

Giving him the time to enjoy his own past times and hobbies is going to give him the freedom in his life that every man needs. He will ultimately feel good about himself, and where he is in life, and in turn will want to share more with you, and be closer to you because of it.

2) Think About the Many Things You Do and Say

Think about the many things you do, say and how you 'are' that may lead to your man being distant emotionally. Are you putting too much pressure on the relationship as you say you 'love him' all the time, or that you 'need him' all the time.

You, as the woman, need to back off on the telling him all the emotions in your life, and focus only on showing him how much you love him. Showing a person, a man, how much you love him is going to be much more valuable in the relationship than actually saying it aloud all the time.

For example, if he is leaving a business trip for a few days, show him you love him by putting something in his suitcase that will remind him of you while he is away. Just a little note, with a heart, and no words, no written message, just the hidden message of your love he will find at a later date. Calling your man and telling him you love him every five hours while he is away is going to put pressure on the relationship he may not need, want, or have the time to tend to while he is away on business.

3) How To Keep The Relationship Alive and Get Him Back?

Keeping the relationship alive is going to be much easier than you might have thought before. As a woman, you are constantly working and tending to the needs of your relationship. To keep the relationship alive you want to show the man how you feel instead of saying it aloud all the time.

Make him coffee in the morning, or make his lunch before he leaves every day, your actions speak louder than words in many cases.

Keep the relationship alive by taking the time to make his favorite meal, or do your hair in the way he loves most. Keep the relationship alive by putting on sexy perfume even when you are sitting around the house. A man needs to FEEL you love him, but without having to hear it all the time.

Emotion Icons so Popular!

As the number of personal computers has continued to grow, many more of us are using electronic communications to keep in touch with one another. Most of us use email every day, and quite a few of us use an instant messaging program. For those that enjoy instant messaging, emotion icons have become part of the whole experience. But do emotion icons really add anything to the experience? Many of us think so. Here are a few of the reasons so many of us like to use emotion icons.

First, emoticons can express a great deal in very little space. Anyone who has ever looked at them, it's obvious that you can find one that will easily convey any type of emotion. This can be particularly helpful if you happen to be feeling quite a number of emotions at one time.

Instead of composing endless paragraphs that cover the wide range of feelings you are experiencing at the moment, simply select the several icons that best show the range. Create a line that starts off with surprise, then moves on to disbelief, then to fascination, and so on. The person receiving your communication will get the picture very quickly.

Next, emoticons are visually appealing. Most of them are based on the popular smiley face that seemed to be just about everywhere thirty or so years ago. The cartoon nature of the icons add a little bit of fun to emails, instant messages, and posts on message boards. Breaking up the words with something that catches the eye and brings a smile to the lips.

A third reason that emotion icons are so popular is that they are so easy to use. Even people who are intimidated by computer technology in general can become comfortable with using emotion icons in a very short period of time. You don't have to memorize keystrokes in order to create them. On most message boards and instant messaging services, as an example, you can simply point the mouse, select the emotion icon you want to insert into your communication, and click. That is all there is to it. No long procedure to go through and not much to remember at all.

As time moves on, more emotion icons have been created and added to existing programs, which has made the use of the icons even more attractive to many people. Once available mainly in yellow, today's emoticons often come in different colors. A fact which only adds to the creative ways that people think up to use the icons in messages and emails.

A great many are provided free of charge, but there are a number of companies that offer specially branded emotion icons for a small charge. They can often be purchased directly online and then loaded into your instant messaging program or into a file on your computer. Whether you go with the free icons or choose to get customized icons, you will be in great company. People continue to share their thoughts with the use of emotion icons.

tata nano only 2500$

Tata (nano)is the revolution on technology is just 2500$

A comfortable, safe, all-weather car, high on fuel efficiency & low on emissions

Stylish, comfortable

The People’s Car, designed with a family in mind, has a roomy passenger compartment with generous leg space and head room. It can comfortably seat four persons. Four doors with high seating position make ingress and egress easy.

Yet with a length of 3.1 metres, width of 1.5 metres and height of 1.6 metres, with adequate ground clearance, it can effortlessly manoeuvre on busy roads in cities as well as in rural areas. Its mono-volume design, with wheels at the corners and the powertrain at the rear, enables it to uniquely combine both space and manoeuvrability, which will set a new benchmark among small cars.

When launched, the car will be available in both standard and deluxe versions. Both versions will offer a wide range of body colours, and other accessories so that the car can be customised to an individual’s preferences.

Fuel-efficient engine

The People’s Car has a rear-wheel drive, all-aluminium, two-cylinder, 623 cc, 33 PS, multi point fuel injection petrol engine. This is the first time that a two-cylinder gasoline engine is being used in a car with single balancer shaft. The lean design strategy has helped minimise weight, which helps maximise performance per unit of energy consumed and delivers high fuel efficiency. Performance is controlled by a specially designed electronic engine management system.

Meets all safety requirements

The People’s Car’s safety performance exceeds current regulatory requirements. With an all sheet-metal body, it has a strong passenger compartment, with safety features such as crumple zones, intrusion-resistant doors, seat belts, strong seats and anchorages, and the rear tailgate glass bonded to the body. Tubeless tyres further enhance safety.

Mr. Ratan N. Tata, Chairman of the Tata Group and Tata Motors, today unveiled the Tata ‘NANO’, the People’s Car from Tata Motors that India and the world have been looking forward to. A development, which signifies a first for the global automobile industry, the People’s Car brings the comfort and safety of a car within the reach of thousands of families. The People’s Car will be launched in India later in 2008.

Speaking at the unveiling ceremony at the 9th Auto Expo in New Delhi, Mr. Ratan N. Tata said," I observed families riding on two-wheelers – the father driving the scooter, his young kid standing in front of him, his wife seated behind him holding a little baby. It led me to wonder whether one could conceive of a safe, affordable, all-weather form of transport for such a family. Tata Motors’ engineers and designers gave their all for about four years to realise this goal. Today, we indeed have a People’s Car, which is affordable and yet built to meet safety requirements and emission norms, to be fuel efficient and low on emissions. We are happy to present the People’s Car to India and we hope it brings the joy, pride and utility of owning a car to many families who need personal mobility."

google group sent mail for back to back 2007

I got mail from google group to recap some biggest developments in AdSense this year.

New feature launches were abundant in 2007, and many were based on your direct feedback and requests. To help improve the performance of your ads, we revamped the look of our ad formats and introduced ad placements to let you promote your site to potential advertisers. The new Manage Ads feature gave you the ability to make changes to your ad units directly in your account and quickly experiment with optimizations. In addition, we launched such features as video units, AdSense for mobile content, and referrals 2.0 to bring in new revenue streams for your site. Still others like the Allowed Sites list and the recently announced Ad Review Center were inspired by your requests for more control over your ads and your account. With our growing community of publishers around the world, we also continued our international expansion of products and online resources. AdSense for content was launched in languages such as Hebrew, Greek, and Bulgarian, while AdSense for search became available in a number of Southeast Asian languages. We added payment options such as Western Union Quick Cash in a few countries and EFT in Mexico. To help publishers connect with one another around the world, we introduced AdSense Help Forums in 9 new languages, including Polish, Arabic, and Russian. And of course, we can't forget to mention the exciting things that happened right here on our blog. We welcomed 6 new languages into the Inside AdSense family (Italian, Korean, Japanese, French, Turkish, and Simplified Chinese), bringing the total number of AdSense blogs to 11. All 11 blogs combined received 2.6 million pageviews from 1.7 million visits, and global Groups subscriptions to all blogs crossed the 43,000 mark.
