Christina Aguilera

Although she lost when she appeared on Star Search at age 9, this Diva is definitely the star determined winning a lot of late '90s pop princesses. Undeterred by the defeat of his talent TV-show, Aguilera went on to pursue their dreams musicals and signed for the Mickey Mouse Club at age 12, where she performed alongside Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez his nemesis future, Britney Spears.

After working abroad and recording of the song "Reflection" from Disney, Mulan, Aguilera released her self-titled 1999 debut album. Like many of his fellow young songstress, like Britney and Jessica Simpson, had blonde hair, a seductive and innocent image and catchy pop hits like "Genie in a Bottle" and "What a Girl Wants." However, Aguilera was a singer much stronger than its competitors, with a range of four octaves and a jazz-pop style.

The industry has taken note of his superior talent and in 1999 won the Grammy for Best New Artist. In the 2000s, she (like her cohorts) exaggerated his gaze. For their second album, Stripped, 2002, was for adolescents from pump, which appears almost nude on the cover, in their videos and a series of men's magazines. In 2006, Back to Basics found his super sexy image complemented by vintage vocal style reminiscent of his idols Etta James and Billie Holiday.

Despite the hot image of Aguilera, who had a personal life to earth. Unlike Spears, whose life spirals out of control, or Simpson, who traded music for films, Aguilera remained surprisingly focused, winning three more Grammys (including two for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance) and settling into a stable marriage with producer Jordan Bratman.

Pregnant with Twins

First I would like to say to you lovely ladies pregnant with twins, it’s an incredible joy! When I brought my baby girls home from the hospital, they were a dream come true, they never cried. If they wanted a bottle, the would actually make the sound of “hey.” My nine-year-old son and husband and I couldn’t believe our ears. I also thought breastfeeding would be much more difficult than it was, but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it was going to be. It’s been a complete joy taking care of and watching these little angels grow.

On the other side of the coin, I’ve heard some nightmare stories from other mothers with twins. I believe the one thing I did different that most women probably don’t do or are not aware of is pregnancy meditation.

Before getting pregnant, I was a strong advocate and practitioner of daily meditation, even if it was only for 10 to 15 minutes a day. When I got pregnant, I continued to do relaxation meditation daily with music therapy. And once I became about 18 weeks pregnant, I started using prenatal speakers along with my meditation so that my babies, too, could benefit from the extraordinary calming effects of meditation.

Along with proper pregnancy exercise and nutrition, pregnancy meditation is one of the best things you can do for creating calm and healthy babies. Just 15 minutes a day can reduce stress and pregnancy anxiety. It has been clinically proven that meditation reduces the stress hormone, Cortizol, and increases the calming hormone, Melatonin, helping to minimize complications in pregnancy.

The Blonde Flight Attendant

An airline captain was helping a new blonde flight attendant prepare for her first overnight trip. Upon their arrival, the captain showed the flight attendant the best place for airline personnel to eat, shop, and stay overnight. The next morning as the pilot was preparing the crew for the day's route, he noticed the new stewardess was missing. He knew which room she was in at the hotel and called her up to ask what happened to her. She answered the phone, crying, and said, "I can't get out of the room!" "You can't get out of your room?"; the captain asked. "Why not?" She replied, "There are only three doors in here," she sobbed, "one is the bathroom, one is the closet, and one has a sign on it that says 'Do Not Disturb'!"

Remembering Michael Jackson (1958-2009)

Remembering Michael Jackson (1958-2009)

Michael Jackson is reportedly in the hospital after suffering a heart attack.

The "Thriller" superstar's aides frantically called an ambulance to come to Jackson's Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles earlier today, according to TMZ.com.

Reports suggest the singer's condition was so bad, medics were forced to administer CPR en-route to a nearby hospital — to keep him alive.

Jackson's worried family members are allegedly rushing to his bedside.

Earlier this month, family insider Arthur Phoenix told WENN the superstar was in a bad way and should not be considering a 50-concert run in London, scheduled to start in July.

He insisted the concerts would not happen, stating, "Michael is not mentally, physically or spiritually ready for these shows. There's something missing in his soul... It's over! There are family members who feel the same way but they're afraid to speak."

Phoenix fears the pressure of the comeback and the upcoming shows have taken their toll on the 50 year old.
